Services

Santallana Electronic,Corp provides on-site and in-shop repair of consumer electronics and home appliances in the greater Miami, Florida area.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number when you book a service appointment, you authorize Santallana Electronic,Corp to send SMS messages related to that appointment, including:

• A real-time GPS tracking link for our technician
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service status updates

Message frequency: Typically 1 to 3 messages per service appointment.
Cost: Carrier message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you to receive these messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the information below.

SMS Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver SMS messages promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery in cases of carrier outages, signal interruptions, or recipient device problems. Our liability for failed or delayed SMS delivery is limited to the reasonable rescheduling of any affected service appointment.

Payment and Service

Repair quotes, payment terms, and warranty coverage are detailed at the time of service. The use of SMS notifications does not change or override the terms of any individual service agreement you sign with us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our SMS service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
